When providing our customers with a delivery or pick-up time it is our general estimate and may vary by one to three hours depending on other deliveries, traffic, etc. In an effort to provide the highest quality service to our customer we will do our very best to contact you if your delivery will be late. If you require a very specific time we can accommodate your request for a nominal charge.
It is always appreciated if vehicles are removed from the driveway if equipment must be taken to a garage area or backyard. If a tent setup is required the lawn should be mowed and setup area cleared.

No. We exclusively deliver and pick-up all of our equipment.
In general, we deliver your order the day prior to your event and pick-up the equipment the day after your event is complete.
Unless arrangements have been made previous to delivery or pick-up we do not set-up nor take-down tables and chairs. You can check our rates for table set-up / tear-down and chair set-up / tear-down on our products page.
Arrangements must be made prior to delivery. We charge $15.00 per quarter hour (15 minutes) with a one-quarter hour minimum.
Yes. We require that an adult be present to accept, confirm, and sign the event contract. It allows the opportunity to ensure the order is correct and all equipment is present.
Upon delivery, when you take possession of the equipment until the time equipment is picked up, counted, and has been checked in by our driver.
Yes. We can accommodate any last minute request for delivery, however, we may impose an addition service charge.
Yes. A $25.00 labor charge will be applied for any equipment returned excessively dirty or with tape / debris not removed.
Yes. We require a minimum period of two days prior to delivery.
Yes. We offer gift certificates for equipment rentals.
