How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend
that you make a reservation 90 days in advance to guarantee the equipment is
available for your event date.
Do you accept reservations over the phone?
Yes. The majority of our customers make their reservations
over the phone.
Can I modify my reservation once it has been taken?
Yes. Modifications should be made well in advance
of your event date to ensure equipment availability.
How do you schedule time for deliveries or pick-ups?
When
providing our customers with a delivery or pick-up time it is our general
estimate and may vary by one to three hours depending on other deliveries,
traffic, etc. In an effort to provide
the highest quality service to our customer we will do our very best to contact
you if your delivery will be late. If
you require a very specific time we can accommodate your request for a nominal
charge.
How should I prepare my site for delivery?
It is
always appreciated if vehicles are removed from the driveway if equipment must
be taken to a garage area or backyard.
If a tent setup is required the lawn should be mowed and setup area
cleared.

No. We exclusively
deliver and pick-up all of our equipment.
When do you deliver and pick-up the rental equipment?
In
general, we deliver your order the day prior to your event and pick-up the equipment
the day after your event is complete.
How much do you charge for setup of chairs and tables?
Unless
arrangements have been made previous to delivery or pick-up we do not set-up
nor take-down tables and chairs. You can

How much do you charge for delivery of tables and chairs up stairs
or into residential homes?
Arrangements
must be made prior to delivery. We
charge $15.00 per quarter hour (15 minutes) with a one-quarter hour minimum.
Is an adult required to be present during delivery of the rental
equipment?
Yes. We require that an adult be present to
accept, confirm, and sign the event contract.
It allows the opportunity to ensure the order is correct and all
equipment is present.
When am I responsible for the equipment?
Upon
delivery, when you take possession of the equipment until the time equipment is
picked up, counted, and has been checked in by our driver.
When I place an order and require an immediate delivery can you
accommodate this request?
Yes. We can accommodate any last minute request
for delivery, however, we may impose an addition service charge.
Am I required to clean rental items?
Yes. A $25.00 labor charge will be applied for any
equipment returned excessively dirty or with tape / debris not removed.
