Punches
can be a refreshing beverage when served on hot summer days.
These
punches can be mixed and served from our 5 gallon coolers.
This recipe, when compared to a full sugar version, has a 91%
reduction in calories, a 90% reduction in carbohydrates and a 100% reduction
in sugars. 1 envelope 1 envelope 1 envelope 1 1/2 cups SPLENDA® Granular 3 1/2 quarts club soda Place soft drink mixes and SPLENDA® Granular In a punch bowl
or pitcher. Add club soda. Stir until
drink mixes dissolve. Serve immediately. Makes 14 (1 cup) servings. 1 cup = 0.0625 *Swirlin’ Strawberry Starfruit®, Slammin’ Strawberry Kiwi®,

4 (0.23 oz.) envelopes lemon-lime Kool-Aid® 4 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice (strained) 6 quarts water 4 cups of sugar 2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale Mix all ingredients except ginger ale.
Chill. Add cold ginger ale just before serving. This is a good, inexpensive
punch and is simple to make for a crowd.
Sugar can be adjusted to taste. Makes 2.65 gallons. |
